Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Please don’t ship anything back to us without contacting us first! Email us at support@duahealthtips.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and the correct return address.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error. We always recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
